Teaching Opportunity - Summer 2014 Snow Farm

The position is paid + living expenses are covered (food and lodging) while you're there. 

Summer 2014 Snow Farm: The New England Craft Program Snow Farm Summer is a residential studio craft program for high school students that offers small-group instruction in the following media:  

Glassblowing
Flameworking
Ceramics
Woodworking
Weaving/Dyeing/Sewing
Screenprinting Metalsmithing/Jewelry Welding  
Drawing/Color
Digital Arts – Video Digital Arts – Photography

Program dates:  Staff Orientation and Training June 26 – 29 First Session June 29 - July 12 Second Session July 13 - July 26
All positions are temporary and require living on our campus in Williamsburg, MA.

Positions include: Head of Studio (in all media):  Applicants must be enrolled in a MFA program or be a working studio artist and must have teaching experience.  Assistant Head of Studio (in all media): Applicants can be entering their senior year in a BFA program or equivalent with teaching experience.  
NOTE:  In addition to responsibilities in the studio, all studio instructors participate in other recreational activities and assist with overall supervision of the students in the residential setting.
