Well-established fine art advisory firm is managing a multifaceted public art program and is seeking to engage a visual arts professional with a minimum of five years experience to assist in researching artists appropriate for large-scale commissioned works. It is essential that the person have strong knowledge of contemporary artists working nationally and internationally. Experience in the field of public art a plus and comfort with the commissioning process. Good writing skills also important.
The position will be for three-days a week with the project lasting approximately one year. Compensation beginning at $20 per hour and based upon experience.
